Combed Noil

This material, which is called "combed or combed waste" in English, is also referred to by this word in international markets. It occurs as a by-product of ringed plants. In ring yarn production facilities, after the blowroom part, there is a foreign fiber separator and a metal separator, if any. The cotton passing through these sections reaches the carding unit and reaches the combed cotton after passing through the draw frame and wadding units. Thanks to the combing "combing" process in the combing section, the short fibers are separated from the surface leading to the yarn and collected in another area. These short fibers are called “comb waste”. In fact, these wastes, which are cleaner than raw cotton, can be used in yarn production as well as in the production of hydrophilic cotton we use at home, money paper making and many other materials. We export to various markets such as Italy, Spain, Germany, Belgium, France, Pakistan, Vietnam and Taiwan.
